Maureen Moneke

Programme Assistant

Maureen holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and brings frontline experience leading laboratory diagnosis and analysis of diseases of public health importance. Her early career began at the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, where she deployed her knowledge and skills to support the country’s public health response by optimising surveillance efforts and quality management systems. Maureen is currently a Programme Assistant at Nigeria Health Watch, where she provides technical support on various projects, including maternal health and policy and advocacy projects. She’s undertaking a Master's in Public Health program at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna
