Dr. Adachi Ekeh is a medical doctor and public health leader with over eight years of experience strengthening health systems across Nigeria and Africa. She has led large-scale immunization campaigns, health research initiatives, and high-level advocacy with governments, donors, and community leaders. Her expertise spans reproductive health, immunization, research, health financing and primary health care, with a strong focus on improving access and equity in underserved communities.

As Director of Strategy and New Business at Nigeria Health Watch, she leads organizational strategy, grant development, programme design, and evidence-driven initiatives that influence health policy and accountability. Her frontline clinical experience, combined with expertise in policy, research, and health economics, positions her as a key voice on health equity and sustainable health system reform.
